- We don’t hold any client data on the web site , however we will use the web site to process candidates for potential roles within the company or for consulting opportunities.
- CVs are submitted voluntarily by individuals seeking employment or engagement with Fortivum Consulting.
- Fortivum Consulting reviews CVs submitted by candidates to assess suitability for current or future roles, ensuring confidentiality and data protection compliance. CVs are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in the recruitment process. They are retained for a period necessary to fulfill the purpose of evaluation, after which they are securely deleted unless consent is provided for future opportunities.
Why are we processing your data? Our legal basis
Fortivum Consulting processes data submitted through contact forms to respond to inquiries and communicate with potential clients or partners, ensuring privacy and security in accordance with GDPR. CVs submitted for career opportunities are reviewed by our recruitment team to assess candidate suitability, with all personal information being stored securely and accessed solely by authorized personnel. Data from both contact forms and CVs is retained only as long as necessary for their respective purposes, after which it is securely disposed of.

How will Fortivum Consulting use the personal data it collects about me?

Any third parties that we may share your data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service they provide on your behalf. Fortivum Consulting facilitate you, our clients, rights in line with our data protection policy and the subject access request procedure. This is available on request.

- Right of rectification: you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right to be forgotten: in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.
