How will we Achieve it?

1 month sprint
Focus on immediate tasks that need to be addressed now. Weekly cadence of meetings and reporting is tracked here. Items not required within the current month are deferred to the backlog for inclusion in longer-term planning.

3 month lookahead
Coordinate with key stakeholders, including the client, operations team, contractors, and vendors, to align efforts and ensure delivery of critical milestones such as mechanical completions, power activation, or essential infrastructure components.

6 month lookahead
Prepare for the upcoming project phase, such as construction, LLE delivery, or commissioning. Define the strategy, communicate it clearly, identify responsible owners, initiate the required processes and turnover documents, and ensure alignment among all key stakeholders.
